Therapy for Professionals

The people others rely on need a quiet place to be human.

Many of the adults I work with have built lives of significant responsibility. Practices, firms, companies, departments, families that depend on them.

Capable, considered, often admired. And, in private, often tired in ways the people around them rarely see.

Who I often work with.

Executives and senior leaders.

Physicians, attorneys, and founders.

Business owners and entrepreneurs.

Helping professionals and others whose roles require them to remain steady under pressure.

The people who carry the most are often the least able to put it down.

What tends to surface.

Quiet anxiety underneath visible composure. A sense that rest is something to be earned, not given.

Difficulty turning off the part of the mind that is always solving, always anticipating, always responsible.

A subtle loss of self inside a role that has grown larger over time.

Strain in the relationships that are meant to be a refuge.

Sometimes, a deeper question: who am I when I am not producing?

How we work.

Our work is discreet, considered, and grounded in genuine respect for the demands of your life.

We won't reduce you to your role, and we won't ignore the realities of it either. We'll make space for both.

Therapy isn't another performance to manage. It is one of the few hours where nothing is asked of you except honesty.

Sessions are available in person in Aventura and virtually throughout Florida and North Carolina, with scheduling that respects the rhythm of a demanding life.

You have spent a long time being the person others can depend on. Therapy can be the place you depend on something quieter.

A first conversation is simply that. A quiet hour to see whether working together feels right.

Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to meet you.
